Rival Paradise Valley?

A total of 55 homes sold in June in Gold Canyon Arizona Real Estate. That's almost a 15% rise from March sales.
Average price in June was $312K.
The rise in prices continue to be gradual, but steady.
There aren't any comparable views to the Superstition Mountains. The closest rivals are the Northeast Mesa AZ area, the North end of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Paradise Valley Homes, which is the most expensive city in the Valley.

Given the incredible view, in the next 5 years, I predict Gold Canyon hitting the top of the scales as one of the most exclusive, prestigious places to live in all of Arizona.

More than 90% of the Gold Canyon homes have been built since 1996. The average selling price on new Gold Canyon real estate with 2 bedrooms is $180K, and $515K for 4+ bedrooms. Of all the resale houses for sale in Gold Canyon, only 17% are below $300K, and it's rare to find anything under $200K. Values steadily appreciate, and as choice land disappears in the Valley, Gold Canyon AZ is predicted to be THE premier community.
